PEMBROKE REAL ESTATE’S 255 STATE STREET RECEIVES TOBY AWARD
BOSTON, Mass., January 23, 2009 – 255 State Street in Boston, a Pembroke Real Estate property, has been
recognized with The Office Building of the Year (TOBY) award for 2008 by the Building Owners and Managers
Association (BOMA). Located on Boston’s waterfront, 255 State Street received the TOBY award in the 100,000 –
249,000 square foot office building category.
The 220,000 square foot landmark building was recognized for excellence in property management, operational
efficiency, energy and environmental conservation, tenant relations, community impact, and the physical
attractiveness of the building. CB Richard Ellis/New England (CBRE/NE) is the property manager of 255 State
Street.
