a 16-acre residential neighborhood located at the edge of Pine Banks Park in

Pembroke recently began construction on the second and final phase of Oak Grove Village, currently scheduled for completion in spring 2009. This portion of the development includes 201 one- and two-bedroom apartments and a single level of underground parking in five buildings. Once completed, Oak Grove Village will have a total of 550 apartments.
Since opening in 2006 with 349 one- and two-bedroom apartments, Pembroke has seen strong interest
and demand with 97 percent of the units leased to date.
